2019 Buccaneer Weight Training Schedule
Football weight training, speed, agility and conditioning is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00am until 9:30am.
We need to make sure we are getting in there at least 3 days per week. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday are the planned days but you may go in the room on Wednesdays as well.
We wanted to let everyone know about the opportunity that has been made available to all middle school football players. The 7th and 8th graders are invited to the High School Fitness Center (Weight Room) to work out with the high school players. We recommend at least twice per week.
